Chocolate, Coffee and The Crafty Vibe

Join your friends at a heart healthy "Chocolate, Coffee and The Crafty Vibe" event presented by Dukes Memorial Hospital. In addition to making your own personalized wood sign and chocolate desserts, board-certified cardiologist Roderick Sawyer, M.D., will talk about heart conditions as well as the warning signs and symptoms of heart disease.

The cost for this event is $20 with all proceeds going to the American Heart Association. Participants can do any design or choose from 3 options for their personalized wood sign. Designs need to be sent to rneighbors@dukesmemorialhosp.com.

The sign size included in the price of your ticket is 7"x14".
If you would like to upgrade to a different size the pricing is:
14"x14"=$14.25 + plus event ticket price $20 = $34.25 total cost.
14"x19"=$24.95 + plus event ticket price $20 = $44.95 total cost.
12"x4' and 20"x27"=$35.65 + plus event ticket price $20 = $55.65 total cost.

Stain colors to choose from for the wood:
Kona (dark coffee), dark walnut, traditional walnut (warm brown, oak reddish brown), carbon grey, weathered grey (light), ebony (black), aqua, sun bleached (tan, sand).

Sign design can be anything but the design you choose needs to be emailed to rneighbors@dukesmemorialhosp.com by Monday Feb. 19
